Your domain is registered in your name and paid to your registrar directly (around £10–£20 a year); we can buy it for you and recharge at cost. Business email (Google or Microsoft) is billed to you directly by the provider. Hosting is included while a Care plan is active; build-only sites are handed over within 30 days of launch to run on your own hosting.

Yes. Your domain is registered in your name. Once the build is paid in full, the content, images and design are yours, and you can have a copy of the site's code if you ever leave.
Cancel any time; it stops at the end of the paid month. Hosting is included only with a Care plan, so within 30 days we hand over the code and content and the site moves to your own hosting. No exit fee.
