This policy explains how Axiom Atelier Ltd ("we", "us") handles personal data collected through axiomatelier.co.uk. We are a company registered in England & Wales (company number 17454858) and the data controller for this website. Contact: ryan@axiomatelier.co.uk.
If you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: name, email, phone (optional), postcode and the job description. We also use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) that records aggregated page views without identifying you.
We use enquiry details only to reply to you and prepare a quote, on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering a contract (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in running the business. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc., and enquiry emails are delivered by Resend and stored in our Google Workspace mailbox. These providers act as our processors and may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
Enquiries that don't become work are deleted within 12 months. Customer records are kept for as long as UK tax and accounting law requires (normally 6 years).
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Our software products, such as LatePay UK, have their own privacy policies on their websites.
