Stuck or failed updates, Windows 10 to 11 upgrade checks, drivers and settings put right.
Outlook profiles, mailbox sync, OneDrive, Teams and Office activation problems.
Malware and adware clean-ups, browser hijacks, Defender and firewall set-up, account security and 2-step sign-in.

Remote support can't fix physical faults such as a broken screen, a dead power supply, liquid damage or a PC that won't switch on. If that's the cause, we'll tell you straight away and you won't be charged.
Pay when you book. If we can't fix the problem you booked for, you get a full refund.

At the agreed time you open Microsoft Quick Assist, which is already built into Windows 10 and 11, and type in the code we give you. If Quick Assist isn't available we use RustDesk or AnyDesk instead.
You see everything on screen and can stop the session at any moment. We explain what we're doing as we go.
When the job's done the connection ends and nothing is left running. Next time we need your permission again. You get a short written summary.
Scam warning
Fake "tech support" calls and pop-ups are one of the most common scams in the UK. Axiom Atelier only connects to computers during sessions the customer has booked, and we always quote the session reference from our booking email. We'll never ask for your bank login, never ask you to buy gift cards, and never pressure you to pay on the spot. If anyone calls claiming to be us, or claiming to be Microsoft or your broadband provider, hang up and email us. You can report scams to Action Fraud on 0300 123 2040 or at actionfraud.police.uk.
If we can't fix the specific problem you booked for during the session, you get a full refund. It doesn't apply if the cause turns out to be a hardware fault we flagged, or if the session can't go ahead because you weren't available or didn't let us connect.
We may see personal information on your screen while we work. We only look at what's needed for the fix, never copy your files unless you ask us to, never keep your passwords, and keep no ongoing access. Session notes are kept securely under UK GDPR. See our privacy policy.
Yes, please. We'll check backups as part of the Care Plan, but keeping your own backup is your responsibility. Some fixes, such as resetting Windows, can't be undone, so we always ask before doing anything that could affect your files.
